These terms cover your use of LumenDesk. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
LumenDesk lets you use your iPhone and USB-C display glasses as a workspace, and — with a Pro subscription — reach your own Mac from anywhere. Some features require compatible hardware (USB-C DisplayPort glasses, a supported iPhone, and, for remote features, a Mac you own running the LumenDesk companion app) and an internet connection. LumenDesk isn't affiliated with any glasses or device manufacturer.
You sign in with your email via a one-time link — keep access to that inbox secure, as anyone with it can sign into your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share your account in violation of these terms.
Use LumenDesk lawfully. Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or others' data, and don't use it to do anything illegal or to infringe others' rights.
LumenDesk connects your own devices; we don't claim ownership of anything on your screen and don't record or store your session contents. You're responsible for what you access and do through the service.
We work to keep LumenDesk reliable, but it's provided "as is" and we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance.
To the extent permitted by law, LumenDesk isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
You can stop using LumenDesk anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
