Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

LumenDesk turns your iPhone and USB-C display glasses into a real desk, and — with Pro — lets you reach your own Mac from anywhere. We collect as little as possible to make that work. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

Your Mac connection

When you use LumenDesk Pro to reach your Mac, the connection between your devices is made as directly as possible (local network or a direct peer-to-peer link), falling back to a relay only when needed. We do not record, view, or store the contents of your screen, keystrokes, audio, or files. A relay, when used, passes your traffic through without retaining it.

Service providers we use

These providers process data only to provide their part of the service, under their own privacy terms.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your email and subscription status while your account exists. Sign-in sessions expire automatically. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Your choices

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us. If you're in a region with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/UK or California), we'll honor applicable requests.

Children

LumenDesk isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know.
